James B. Taylor began the business in July of 1971 in Jeffersonville, Indiana where the Corporation is headquartered. Jim is the President and CEO as well as sole owner. We now stock material from five locations providing service to our customers in a geographical territory consisting of Kentucky, and parts of Indiana and Illinois.

We continue to represent many of the same product lines with which we began. Some of the major product lines include Ford Meter Box Brass and Pipe Products, Kennedy\M&H Valve and Hydrants, Clow Ductile Iron Pipe, AMCO (formerly ABB) Meters, North American Pipe (PVC). We provide companion products such as Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS), North American Green Erosion Control and Linq Geotextiles and silt fence.

We offer services such as water main taps under pressure. In addition, we have equipment and operators available for butt fusion of HDPE pipe as well as fabricating meter boxes and small hand tools such as meter box keys and wrenches.
